More About Natalia...

Hello, I'm Natalia! I have been lucky enough to work with neurodivergent children and teens since 2016! I started my career in New York City at an early intervention center/school before I moved to Charlotte in 2020 and became a registered behavior technician. I am passionate about the work we do here at Crossway, and strive to build connections with every student in order to help them reach their individual goals. I am thrilled to continue to get to know the wonderful group of students at Crossway this year!
