program, the middle school will serve students in grades 6 to 8. Students

Small Group SettingThree days a week, students will work in a small group setting on reading, math, writing, science, and social studies with a qualified special education teacher in the classroom.

Community Based InstructionTwo days a week students will be provided with real life experiences in a structured Community Based Instruction program.

Our Goal
The goal is to provide a variety of hands on learning opportunities to help students acquire skills to live in the world today. Instructional priorities for each student will be based on the real world needs of the individual students, and will lead toward increased independence and autonomy in his or her home and community. Graduates from this program will be prepared to enter high school on a diploma track.
