Sharylene Perkins is originally from Long Island, New York, and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her two daughters. She has a deep passion for working with children with disabilities, supported by over 32 years of experience in child care, including 15 years in general education and 17 years in special education. In addition to her work in education, Sharylene is an entrepreneur who owns both an event planning and a consulting business, which she hopes to continue growing.
