Olufunmilayo Iroko-Wilson, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY is a wife and mother to two children. She holds a Masters Degree in Special Education from Brooklyn College CUNY. Mrs. Wilson is currently enrolled for a second Masters Degree in Elementary Literacy. She aspires to ultimately teach children, from underprivileged communities, to read. Mrs. Wilson began her career in Education since she was 15 years old. She has worked with students from as young as two years old. Her career in Special Education began right after completing her four-year degree. Mrs. Wilson worked in different classroom environments, including Integrated Co-Teaching and Self Contained classrooms. She also worked as a Special Education Teacher Support Service, in which she provided individualized and small group instruction. Her goal is to bring fun and creativity to learning. Mrs. WIlson is passionate about ensuring that all children have equal opportunity and access to education.
