Bailey was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she has lived her entire life. She is known for being a dedicated team player who is always willing to help and eager to learn. Bailey’s long-term goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Crossway, where she hopes to continue making a positive impact through her passion for helping others. In her free time, Bailey enjoys reading, attending theatre performances, and traveling to explore new places around the world.
